boost?

How much boost can a stock engine take and still be reliable and not blow or anything. I don't know much cause i used to not like these cars, then i saw one, and well i am sure you all know the feeling. wow!!!!! Yea. so please answer my question and all. thanks.

do a search u will find the answers.
mostly the max boost u should run safely should be 12psi with the stock fuel system. if u run ne thing over stock boost u will need a reprogramed ecu. and the first step is get rid of the precat. it will clog and over heat ur engine.
