Bolt size question

So, this going to sound kind of strange, but I've found my FD is missing a lot of random screws and bolts. Is there any easy way of finding out their sizes so I can replace them? In specific, I was wonder the size needed for the front R1 lip/undertray, the fender liners, and some of the rear hatch plastics (among others). Thanks.

I download the parts diagrams, look up the part numbers, and buy them from Mazda. Call me weird but it's foolproof.
