bolt size for fuel lid cover

I am looking to find the bolt size for the fuel cover...the one that actually has the hanger on it.....not the access cover.

There are 2 bolts that hold the fuel door in place. They have 8mm heads with a slot for a phillips screw driver. I don't know the thread pattern.

Actually I am talking about the fuel pump cover...the one the hanger is attached too. There is like 50 of them
