If you really want to get a lot of fasteners on the cheap, hit up a local pick and pull junkyard and look for other Mazdas. I can easily come away with a few handfuls for the $1 price to get in the junkyard.

Or, get a parts car - you'll have more bolts at the end than you know what to do with .

For buying bolts and fasteners new, few places online have the "right" bolts if you want to be picky about it, which I am.

^This. Even on junked cars the interior fasteners are usually in pristine condition. FWIW, 2nd Gen. Ford Probes (manufactured by MAZDA) are also good for a number of things. Screw cover 'plugs' for your cowl are the same. So are the hood prop retainers, the hangers for the luggage covers, plastic clips and many electrical connectors.
