Bogging issues

I recently installed a manual boost controller for the time being, but whenever i raise the boost the car begins to bog at high rpms- normally around 6k rpm. The higher i raise the boost the lower in the rpm ban the bogging begins. I have been searching the forum, but haven't been to find something that will help find the problem. Any help would be apreciated, thanks.

If you're running stock twins with the wastegate not ported, and running a DP, MP, and catback, you're probably having boost spike.

I have the following mods- down pipe, cat back, still have the stock main cat, FMIC, RE intake, HKS BOV, and an RE- amimya b-type ecu that is tuned to handle the increased boost up to 1.1 bar. I'm not getting boost, i have been watching for that. I did at first, but that was fixed after i put in the RE tuned ecu.
thanks
