bogging idle

ok, so randomly my FD decides to fluctuated idle speeds at a pretty decent amount, going from about 700 rpm where it's supposed to be to jumping down to 200. it doesn't matt whether or not the car has just started up or has been running for a while, it'll just randomly fluctuate. i think i have clogges cats, i have the j-spec precat and the main cat still on. the car has 77k on it but i still wouldn't surprise me if they were clogged. i'm debating on whether or not i should get a downpipe to alleviate the problem or if it could be something else. right now the car is completely stock and runs phenomenal except for this. any insight would be appreciated.

check how much exhaust flow u have coming from the tips of the car.......also look underneath where your exhaust components connect to see if there is any oil residue around there.........this is a sign of plugged cats.............

p.s. i am definetly not green with envy..........stock fds are slow..........and the bitches dig sunroofs..........haha
