No, that's my old set that's in my car now. By the way Jason, I appreciate you answering my own question. I've read a few of your posts about how great your M2s are working out for you. It will actually be a pain going sequential since I have to install all of the solenoids and vacuum hoses again - but with the PFC and a good tuner with datalogit, I'm sure you can make sequential upgraded twins rock (ie lower the transition, etc.) Me and you are in the same boat with these upgrades - nobody has them. Although I'd like to have that BB feel of the M2s, $3K was a bit for me to swallow right now - hopefully these BNRs (they go in July 23rd) will satisfy my all around speed needs - the Meineke cat is actually the same part# of a Bonez hi-flo cat (who would have known) - $150 installed for the cat - can't use the air pump so I'll have to replace in a few years, but I hate MPs - too loud. I think going sequential will quiet my ride some also.

Hmm, I'll be over at Brians shop in the next few days. I'll talk to him about it. He's been thinking about this mod that would help with the strain of seq with those big wheels. I'll see if he plans on doing it. I can't say what it is cause I'm sworn to secrecy lol You guys know how it is in this industry when you're coming up with new ideas.

The only thing is that this little "mod" will prob be a option that costs a little more (prob not very much though, I dont know exactly but I'm thinking <$150 extra)

Anyway, I'll talk to him and write back or pm you about it.

Later,
STEPHEN

When people are talking about full boost, with number is full boost? 12 psi, 14 psi that Barry is running? I'll have to see what rpm does my current stock set makes it at, then see what the 99 spec turbos I bought makes full boost at. Is the 3750 rpm for full boost at 12 or 14 psi? seg or non seq? Making 12 psi on my stock setup is by 3100 rpms....M2 intake and open exhaust.

I'm getting the B&R upgrade for the 89 TII I bought a few months ago. The stock turbo still makes 10 psi with no oil leaks (amazing) but I feel a fresher turbo will help boost build a little faster. Its sort of like the old bearings in your roller blades (I played roller hocker), replace them the next season with a newer pair the wheels roll a hell of a lot easier.

I just talked to Dave at KDR today about seq/NS with these upgrades and suggests staying NS since the exhaust wheels are the same size it should still spool quickly. I dunno. I know that once these turbos get going in NS mode they'll send me into orbit - I guess I'll hook them up NS at first and if I don't like it I can always put all the unreliable junk and rat's nest back in. Bryan also suggests to keep these upgrades NS since it is a linear power curve and less stressful for the secondary shaft. I guess we'll see.
