Any issues with the bored injectors (heard maybe they aren't as 'smooth' or something as a modern unit)?
Stay away from the old-school 1680s. They are 1970's technology, have very poor atomization, and don't stage well. Putting 850 secondaries in the primary location causes an overly-rich idle and cruise. Bored out injectors are a big negative. I've had a dozen sets + fail on customer's cars over the years. Best case they stick open and flood the motor. Worst case they stick shut under boost and you blow the motor.

For twin turbo setups I go with the FFE fd step up kit. If you get the short height 34mm rail, you can fit ID2000s or EV14s and still clear the avc. Its a tight fit but I can get all the stock emissions and twin turbo solenoids to work. Leave the stock primaries but I recommend sending them out for cleaning/flowtesting. I would also replace the fuel pulsation damper or eliminate it entirely.

I'm having some specials on fuel components right now and would be more than happy to put together a fuel system for you.

Thanks for the info, Ihor! Not sure still what direction I'm gonna go, but I'd be interested in seeing what a FFE step up + ID2000's would run me right now.

Well, after doing some thinking I'll just redo my oil pan seal and hold off on the BNR's until I have the ECU and other supporting mods. In the meantime I'll enjoy the car as is.
