BMC bleeding

Just bled out all the large air bubble sin my BMC by bench bleeding it, though I still get tons of little micro bubbles, does this mean the BMC is trash? I think it is the sole reason for my brakes constantly goign soft on me last year even though it might have been a leaky ABS as well. So is it okay to get little micro bubbles when you bench bleed the BMC?
