no compression on back rotor it would only get up to about 4000rpms

maybe your battery is dead or very weak.

i know this reply is a little late, but to answer some questions i charged the battery to 12v and it cranked just fine and when it would start it did idle fine when it was warm just with the usual low vaccumm of a blown apex seal, im going to change the plugs tomorrow and try to get it started, thanks for all the advice.
