Blown engine diagnosis? Please help.

I recently my car started running like crap after a hard pull. I was having trouble with warm starts. I did a compression test after the car had been sitting for a week. Each chamber was showing about 65 psi. What should it be when the car is cold? The car iddles but wont really rev over 4 rpm. It breaks up around the same time. I thought it might be the coils or maybe the fuel pressure regulator, or injectors. Any ideas?

Thanks

I'm running a PFC. 3mm apex seals.

Are all three compression pulses the same for each rotor ?

65psi seems low to me.
