I see what yur saying, i dont understand y everyone has to have a smart remark to the new guy!!! Thats why i get mad!!! Theres no reason to be mean about it!!! For my attitude, i have a really short temper when it comes to people egging me on, plain an simple!!! To everyone i had a dispute with, im sorry, just be a lil nicer next time!!!!
OK OK ... just be nicer. Don't be so alarmed and mean if someone says something that doesn't exactly fluff your cotton tail. I hope this doesn't insult you or set you off, but such behavior is very indicative of your own security issues because you really seem to take the issues to heart and try to make "offender" feel even worse than you do. That's not nice! Everyone doesn't have to like you, but if you're the nice guy that I think you are under there then people will like you and you'll be happier. 
Oh and the CAPS LOCK issue is like this. Yes, it makes it look like you're angry and yelling and people don't like that. I also don't like it because it's hard for me to read. I don't read words individually like a 3rd grader -- I see shapes of phrases when I read that my brain processes into sentence. My brain can't do that with long lines of things in ALL CAPS because it can't quickly recognize word shapes, which makes it take much longer to read. This is how higher levels of reading works.
Van ... sometimes I hide humor in the strangest places.

Hahahaha ... thanks! I'm trying to find something where I can apply my "Dr. Phil" side with my natural knack (and degree) for the economy and financial markets. Unfortunately those aren't entry-level positions.
