I guess my searching skills aren't up to par because I couldn't find where I can purchase this kit! I plan to remove the UIM to do a hose job and I'm at it I thought I could also delete AWS and double throttle. Can anyone direct me to where I can get a block off plate kit? Much appreciated!

i didnt do it yet....but it cuts down on alot of bull$#!t... but im in ohio, and they dont check cars.....

No. It basically allows you to remove components which you aren't using. For those that do not live in a state which enforces emissions, it allows them to clean up their engine bay of unwanted items.
