Blitz SBC iColor solenoid question

So as as far as I know, the blitz boost controllers (iD and iColor at least) come in either the type s with the single solenoid, or the type r with the sequential solenoid.

Are the rest of the parts in the kit the same? Ie could I just purchase the other solenoid and just use it as a direct replacement?

And I guess a more general question.. What are the limits of the single solenoid compared to the sequential?

found answer to my own question.

for those interested, the harness is different for each solenoid so you'd need a different harness as well.

FWIW i impulse bought a brand new i-color spec-r. urg

The larger R solenoid definitely helps control boost better.
