I'd say go with a street port bro. That way you'll still run more reliablely with your setup and still turn some really good times thru the 1/4 or autocross. You'll run low 12's, maybe even high 11's with that setup. I think that's good enough to wup on most cars on the streets.

Hey, I appreciate that you can admit it's your fault. I'm so used to hearing excuses for everything anymore. (now I'm going to go check those plugs I just installed!)
Definitely get the street port. It was already done on my car when I bought it, and I didn't fully appreciate it until I rode in a stock car. At 6k rpm it feels like afterburners come on and the car will make a mad dash to redline! It's enough of a power spike at 6k that it pulls you back in the seat and is on the verge of breaking the wheels loose in 2nd gear. Makes you wish you had a couple more thousand RPMs past 8......
Good luck

If I was in your position, the first thing I would do is decide who I wanted to perform my engine rebuild. Then I would have a long discussion with the rebuilder to get their recommendations for what modifications make the most sense to meet my driving goals. At this point I'd also find out how much all of this is going to cost. Finally, I would bounce the recommendations off the members of this forum to get feedback.
