You can get a generic fit Yakima (www.yakima.com) rack for the FD. Nice stuff and pricey too.
For bikes, I have the Draftmaster (http://www.draftmaster.com/) SportFlite. I may have to sell it now that I have a rice wing...fits no problem w/ my stock R1 rear wing. Here are some pix of how it sits on the car.

pleeze man dont do it.......it would ruin the car. omg just picturing an FD with a bike or what ever hanging on it....but just to help you out there are bike racks that are made for like "all vehicals" and they work pretty good but if i remember the fine print said someting like "not for use on 3rd Gen RX-7s...."......hehe so i guess ur just gunna have to do without
*EDIT* ahhhhhhhhhh and theres the picture..nice FD though

Dont you worry its not for me, Id never ruin the sports car with the bike rack. My buddy who is considering an rx7 wants a rack so he can still go biking and ****. Thanks for the info.

Is this for looks or are you actually going to use it for it's purpose?
If it is for looks, you will kill the beautiful looks. Probably part of the reason it is hard to find one

It's not bad for $50-100. The Yakima stuff is gorgeous and super well built but expect to spend $300+ for a nice rack. Then of course you can get a u-haul hitch and do the hitch-mount rack thing. My problem with that is the heat out of the catback will kill my carbon fiber wheels.

Who buys a rack for looks?
We have hauled our bikes to Whistler/Blackcomb for biking. The yucky part is that since the front wheel has to be carried in the car, you need to hose it off after a run.
