If your entire twins system is working properly, it's "easier" to get upgraded twins. The BNR's are the best out there right now (search for BNR, you'll get a lot of hits). When upgrading the turbos (or the boost for that matter) make sure to properly upgrade your ECU, fuel system, IC, radiator, etc...

You can find more info if you search for bnr or stage 3's in the search box above.

c.stenson1,

Considering your location, you'll probably have an easier time getting a single turbo setup than on of the modified stock twin turbo setups. Setups like BNR require your core (so you would have to pay for shipping your turbos here to the USA, and also pay for the labor/parts).

How much power are you looking to make with your car? Depending on what is on the car now, you'll most likely need a few more things that just a turbo upgrade to make it all work.

The shipping plus import tax thing is a nightmare, I paid about 2.5k GBP for my BNR's when all said and done (would have been cheaper flying over and back twice with them as luggage - TNT must have sent them first class). If you are just after a little more bhp Pip at WGT does a slightly uprated set, no idea on spec though, Phil used to run a set of uprated twins that were done in the UK, could try and found out where it was done if it is of interest? but the bhp gains were fairly small.

For shipping overseas, never put the real value on the Customs paperwork. Insure the turbos w/ the shipping company for full value, but declare a low value (less than $500) on the Customs paperwork. They actually don't notice the conflict in values lol. They only look at the Customs value. And mark it as a GIFT. That way you won't pay much.

Also, pack them REALLY well, and send them via surface mail (kinda like ground here), so it may take 2 weeks to get, but is pretty cheap.

Engine port work, fuel system upgrades, aftermarket computer + tuning, and all the boltons should get you over 400 on the stock twins set to give higher than 10lbs of boost. Several people on here have done it. Search for 400hp stock twins or some other combination of what you're looking for.
