Red face A big thanks to Ray Crowe!

Hello all, I just wanted to send out a thanks to Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda. I want to thank him for having such great customer service. I have ordered so many parts one after the other and he never gets tired of putting up with me calling in. I called and asked for the wrong part thinking it was another. I got the part and was like oh man, this isn't what I need. I called him up and asked if he could send me the right one. He offered to ship it next day air, even knowing it was my fault in the first place. He is the MAN! Just wanted to extend the quality customer service this man gives out. Oh, and he Definately beat the prices of just about everyone I've seen out there selling OEM parts. Thanks for your time, If you need some parts yourself...give him a call -> 1-888-533-3400...Ray Crowe. Don't get me wrong, I'm not advertising for him, just stating how good of a business man he is. Thanks guys

Jack

Oh, and if you order enough parts he'll throw in a pen and a keychain with some other goodies

I keep hearing a lot of good things about this guy. I apologize for changing the subject here, but I want to ask everyone a question.

Has anyone had a bad experience with him?

From everything that I have heard so far though, he is one upstanding member of the rotary community.

I have ordered numerous times from Ray Crowe and he is indeed loyal to customers. I ordered parts that I opened and where wrong which was my falult and I can return it with no questions asked, and parts that I order come in a matter of days. I wish there was a Malloy Mazda here in NY.

Ray rocks. He always gets me my parts with an absolute minimum of hassles and has ordered several hard to find parts that came off of Japan-only model RX-7s or tool sets that took weeks to ship from Japan

He drives a black FD so you know he has true enthusiasm for the cars.

Two big thumbs up for RAY!

Rotor Heads,

I just dealt with Ray @ Malloy Mazda the other day and I think he has found a way to get around the "ordering of wrong parts" I am in dire need of the Idle Valve and he faxed me a parts spread and we concluded that we are on the same page. Now I just need to come up with $444 Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining because I could not find this part for under $650 N E were else. I will continue to do business with Ray and can only hope that some day we will need something so I can return the favor.

Ray has the best prices on reman motors. I ordered my reman from him and had it sent to Dave Barninger @ KDR for a tear-down, street port, and reliability mods...

Thumbs up

I recently bought a reman from Ray. I drove down and actually met him. Extremely busy man but he'll get whatever you need. Pleasure to deal with and good prices. I'm sure you've heard all this before, he is what good business is all about. If it's a stock part I need he'll be the first person I'll call. Period.

He is the man. Easy to talk to, and gets the job done. I bought a fender from him, at the lowest price possible. I will definately be doing business with him in the future. It seems he is aware of his growing reputation among the 7club as well.

I just bought an engine from him about 3 weeks ago, he didn't charge me a core charge, and even though engine prices went up, he gave it to me at what it was previously listed as. I drove over 900 miles to pick the engine up from him, if anyone ever had to pick an engine up there be careful, cause VIRGINIA cops SUCK!!!!

I absolutely concur with everyone's opinion of Ray Crowe. I've dealt with thirty or so parts guys over the years on various cars. I have NEVER dealt with someone who could finish MOST of the part numbers I started giving them over the telephone. The guy is 100% top notch. Further, I saved over 25% on my parts for the rebuild from list price. I will deal with no one else, now.

Ray is the most professional guy I've ever dealt with. Sometimes I feel like I ask the impossible, but he always comes through. His prices are the best I've found. I won't buy OEM parts from anyone else!
