Big complicated problem

Ok here it goes. I purchased a 93 automatic touring shell. i stripped it clean i mean eveything came out. I replaced all the wiring with the wiring from a 93 r1 5 speed that was in great running codition. even the dash was swapped out. so everything that was on the r1 is now on the touring.
Now the problem. the car doesnt want to start. not even crank. The only thing that works are the headlights, windshield wipers, a/c and heater controls, windows, and the sunroof. I also have no interior lights coming on, no dash light nothing.

Can anybody help me out??

That..sounds like a lot of work. You arent getting power to something. Did you double check every wire that comes from cockpit and goes to battery? Fuses? Relays?

You did swap the ECU and wiring, right? Because you can't mix/match very much of the automatic and manual stuff.

Sounds like you left something unplugged under the dash. Check all your connectors, there are a number of them. Also, did you wire up a clutch saftey switch?

How old is the battery? Have you tried jump-starting it?

How long has it been since the car ran?

the battery is fine. The car the motor came out of was running fine.

The first time after i finished putting everything in the car as soon as i connected the battery the 120 amp fuse blew, but i replaced it. now i have this problem.

sounds like you have a lot of power going to one wire. maybe something is grounding out and causing it to that fuse. i would check all your grounds to see if they are correctly one. one bad ground or a few could cause the problem...just a suggestion
