Beware Rip off on A/C panels.

Guys, shop around! people ar trying to sell A/C panels for stupid money on this forum. I have seen them selling new for $700. I had one guy offer me a used one for $250.

I bought a brand new one from Malloy Mazda for $189 shipped. Sorry, I just hate predatory vendors. FGS shop around.

Yeah... I just got a quote for all interior panels last month from Ray and was surprised to see prices for some pieces. Shifter panels are going for too much money used as well... new one is $75 from Malloy. Used ones are selling for the same price or more.

Now, I can understand 94-95 pieces going for a bit more money as only 93 finish is available from Mazda as far as I know. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Far as I know that piece is no longer available. ( Which is why people are being ***'s) I agree 100% that people are predators on here. I just saw one that had broken tabs sell for 350 firm. What a ******** who rapes a fellow enthusiast like that. This is why I am working with a composite company near me to see if they can mold and duplicate the piece. They specialize in CF but can do most anything. Still inquireing about texturing. There is one now a few threads down from this for 550 firm. god damn!!!!

That wasn't a 94-95 texture panel. They don't make 94-95 a/c panels anymore!!!!!!You can only buy the whole a/c control unit for $700+ dollars.
Come on guys, it's really not that hard to understand.

Unless you want to roll around with a 93 a/c panel and 94-95 texture everywhere else.

Well then I'm glad mine's a '93, because that's a serious rip-off.

I wouldn't say it's a rip-off, when the drivers door pocket costs $175, the windshield cowl is $250. All FD parts are expensive.

LOL. ever think that our cars are not worth even for third tear molder to even consider producing parts simply because it's not worth their time or the money. lets admit it guys, we are driving a piece of **** car that the industry and even Mazda has forgotten( but I love my FD) the demand is very low # wise (money wise) for any and even Mazda it self to support us. this thread is a prime example the price hike on a panel which should really cost $178 being pimped out for way more. i say **** Mazda and all sub vendors for bailing out on us. low demand car= no support bitch bitch bitch
