You can use anything you want, as long as you change it often. (every 2000km - 4000km)

I use Mobil 1 10w-30 synthetic year-round, the warmer-climate guys often use 15w-50.

Read the newbie sticky thread at the top of the forum, and run a search when you have a question. 9/10 it's very, very often asked and a new thread is unwarranted.

Oh man, unwarranted? Harsh, how about unecessary? Sounds nice. Just messin. In any case, there is a big debate about natural/synthetic. I use synthetic, mobile 1 15w-50. I like to think that keeping the expensive oil in my engine will ward off the expensive rebuild but hey, like dave said, as long as you change it about every 2000 miles youll be cool. 3000 IS pushing it, even with synthetic.

It seems to me he's looking for a consensus answer, not to stir the debate. So I wanted it to be clear there is no consensus on this issue.

For some reason, somebody always makes a recommendation and gets the ol debate boiling again.

I usually take the oil out of my daily driver when I'm doing an oil change and put it on hold for the Rx7.

This way I save on oil and help save the environment.

20w50 all year round...i use Penzoil as recommended by RP.
75w30 AmsOil in Tranny and Diff...Think I am going with something different for the tranny. Seems it never felt silky smooth like I wanted it to.
