best lasting 13B ?

Just wondering what would be good mods to balance of nice amount of HP on a 13B and longitivity of life? (for a daily used FD)

ok so 12k just on parts to have a decent FD, I keep finding threads on single turbos...

im guessing a big single turbo is better than twin cuz their smaller and wont fit?

i know all those acronyms mean except for cb/ast... what do those stand for?


Also, on the s5 13b turbo anything more than 270 rw requires the engine to be doweled and pinned... is is the same for the 13b-rew?

cb = Catback
ast = Air Separator Tank

Dowel pinning is not required. Even most of the higher powered 13B-REW's rarely are pinned.
