Best high-flow cat?

Any consensus as to the best available high-flow cat for an FD? Preferably something that's not ridiculously expensive. I think I remember some threads a while back about some brand of high-flow cat that tended to blow its guts out very quickly with the FD, but I don't remember which one that was.

I really don't want to go with a midpipe, and I don't want to go with a stock cat. I guess I could gut mine, but I'm think I'd prefer the aftermarket variety.

Search this one. It's been brought up fairly often recently, I wrote up my thoughts about the bonez unit in the parts review.
