best clutch, flywheel for FD? Cost?

I have to tear up the tranny due to a synchro problem when shifting, might as well change the clutch and flywheel. What's the most popular clutch and flywheel out there for a FD? Cost pls. thx in advance.

I like the spec stage II clutch. Never driven with a lightened flywheel.

If your car is stock, a 12 lb flywheel/counterweight, and the stock clutch would be fine. The ACT street/strip is very popular for modified cars.

I second the ACT Street/Strip clutch.

I'm using the Racing Beat 9.5lb flywheel and really like it. Here's a good site with some flywheel info:

Make sure when you order a flywheel, you purchase the weight you want. Make sure the weight listed is with without the counterweight. The counterweight doesn't spin with the flywheel, so it's weight doesn't really matter.
