Best Brakes

I need to buy some new brakes. What is a good brand out there now and where is the best place to buy them? I want good stopping power and don't mind if they are more dusty than other brakes.

you'd prob get a better answer in the section for brakes and suspension

BTW - I'm not being a smart *** just saying you prob would.

good: OEM rotors and pads with ATE fluid. Great on street and decent on track

ultimate: 99 RS brakes. Overkill on streets and awesome on track

I think he meant RZ brakes - the RS uses the same brakes as the 93-98 FDs

For street/track pads HAWK HPS or HP+ offer a good compromise at the best price - HPS is more for street/autocross, HP+ is more agressive & dustier but can also stand up to light track use.
