Bend or replace oil cooler line?

I've got a Odula V-spec V-mount kit, and when trying to install the radiator, the oil cooler line is way too tight to the outlet from the radiator.
The easiest way would be to try to bend the oil cooler line, but I guess that's not that easy? Or should I replace it with a hose instead?
