Question Bearings have no holes for oil?

I ordered a pair of main bearings for the front and back stationary gear and got them today but when I compare them to the ones that I'm replacing they have holes in them where the new ones don't.. Will it be a problem if I use them? Can I drill a hole in them for the anti rotation screw?

Something is way wrong, then - it may be bearings for something else. I would get the right part.

Sorry I should have made myself more clear its got on hole instead of multiple holes.

According to the internet the bearings are meant for the 13BT and 13B-MSP

MAIN BEARING. Mazda # 082010502B

Take a look here -

Mazda Rotary Engine Main Stationary Gear Bearings

That shows what the bearings are supposed to look like and the Mazda part numbers.

You have a 13B-REW not 13BT. Those bearings are for the the S5 and older engines.

Yes I know, but what I'm asking is will the oil supply be enough without the multiple holes for the oil and if I drill a hole for the screw that prevents it from spinning?

just go ahead and throw it away now.. you are going to trash your engine without proper pieces.. especially bearings that you take a cordless drill to.

^ Harsh way to put it, but this a VERY key component in the engine. You really want the right part. The FD bearings were upgraded from the FC bearings to handle the higher RPM and horsepower. Trying to "make it work" just because it's in your hand is shortsighted.

You have second gen or 13bmsp 4 port engine bearings. Get the right ones for your build. Those don't have enough oiling for an fd motor.

If you're worried about saving money and using what you have over sending parts back and waiting for the right ones you will be in for a bad surprise. I made mistakes cutting corners and getting impatient and it bit me in the ***. Now I ride a motorcycle and my heart aches every time I see an FD. Don't make the mistake of saving money on the get go or you'll have to let go. Spoken from experience.
