Base-mapped PFC with open exhaust/intake?

Base-mapped PFC with open exhaust/intake?
Pretty soon I'm going to be going full exhaust and intake and I was wondering if the base map for the Power FC would handle it without tuning. I will tune it once I put a FMIC on but that won't be for a while. So would it need to be tuned or no?
