funky fuelpressure

I checked my Fuelpressure right now, its 30 psi all the way, either way Im at idle or at zero pressure I get 30psi. should the FP depend on vacuum? I cant do any boost, it just dies and gives a big flame on the back after starting go lean. (this is just over zero boost, 1-2psi maybe).

30 PSI at idle sounds about right. As soon as you start boosting, it goes up. When you hit about 5psi of boost, then your fuel pressure should hit about 40psi and gradually go up as you reach 10+psi of boost. On cold days at 12psi of boost, I've had the fuel pressure reach almost 60psi.
