Badge question.

I recently purchased my 93 R1, and the previous owner put on some Efini badges (which I like very much). Well, while washing the car the other day, the hose knocked the front badge off the front bumper. There are two holes that the badge's two "pins" instert into. However, there is nothing there to "secure" it onto the bumper.

Do you use some sort of adhesive to hold the badge on there? With the looseness that the badge just sits in there, if I drove probably 15 mph with it, the wind would probably cause the badge to fly off.

Sorry for the stupid question, but I don't want to ruin the paint.

I use epoxy for the badges. My efini emblem got stolen twice already. Now I make sure no one takes them away from me.

i went to pep boys and bought some of those washer thingis that you can push on, they wont come off once on without breaking the emblem or some time and a pair of snips, best part is that your paint will be saved

i just used 3m double sided tape like the factory, & "bear clamps" to hold mine on. though I am sure the double sided tape would be enough, since my front factory emblem was held on by only that (some1 broke the orginal studs at some point)
