bad luck

Who has blown there engine, had it rebuilt and blew it again within a couple months. My car ran fine for a year since i bought it. It was rebuilt like 4000 miles before i bought it. I never had any problems with it at all. I go get it retuned and add a hks twin power pak. Ran good on the dyno with 3 3rd gear runs back to back. Driving home i get on it in 3rd and pop there goes the rear rotor. Was tuned real conservative and was only running .98 bar (14psi). I think maybe it got too much spark from the hks and blew my apex seals out on the rear rotor. Now when i get it fixed i don't now if i should get on it cause i don't want the same thing to happen twice. Anyone else not wanting to get on there rebuilt in fear of it blowing again?
