Bad decisions

So I am starting to take apart all the crap I need to for the V-Mount install. I remove the undertray, and we have bad career move #1 by Kermit.

Oh yeah, and Mazda, you can blow me for the 1 gram you saved in Operation Zero using those 2 stupid plastic interior trim screw fittings for the rearmost attachments for the undertray.

Nice, now as long as you don't find Mrs. Piggy somewhere in there you will be ok.

I have pulled out a small dead bird in the same location as your frog on my car. I found it while waxing my car and the smell in garage was the hint to look around. It didnt damage any of the fins for the A/C condensor luckily it was wedged to the side of the condensor and the frame. I was lucky.

I can now stand in my engine bay!

Everything is gone forward of the pulleys from the elbow and hoses on top all the way down to the AC condenser.

Anyways, I am noticing a lot of oil and grime on the turbo/passenger side of the car, where the AC condenser brackets and power steering bracket is. Basically a layer 1/16s of an inch thick that is about 6-8 inches long and on the frame there. This isn't normal is it?

I didn't notice any thing particularly obvious near the passenger oil cooler, on first inspection...

wow, usually people find loose screws from various places when they take the undertray off. Maybe the frog had a few screws loose.
