Boost issues are still there and probably will be until i get my alternator fixed, most likely tomorrow. And no im not racing anyone as my car is sitting in the parking lot.

I think you'll find that 11 volts is normal. When running at idle it should be 13,5 to 13.8 (provided your not running under drive pully's) then you'll have to idle a bit higher to see those voltages. You shouldn't see less than 9v while cranking it and never less than 13 when running down the road with everything on.
