this is not equiped to the jdms..
the only difference from the jdm is the cruise control... i would say its the cruise control but im only guessing

I dont think it is cruise control. My original cluster does not have this plug in the back and cruise control works fine. This is a new cluster i bought cause my tach was not working. just noticed this extra plug and wondered what it was for.

Its for automatic transmission FD's. Its basically plugs into the lights that tells you what gear you selected. Is/was your FD automatic?
