B2 fuse keeps popping?

Any suggestions y it wld keep blowing? Twice last month. Turn car off, go to restart, fuse pops... Bad ground maybe?

Idk, its a friends fd, its in the box, next to the battery, heard it was affiliated with the egi system. Whenit pops.. Car will not turn over, interior still has power though

Has only a medium sized blue w/ black wire going to it, then goes under headlight

Since its when he opens the hood maybe he has some ghetto wiring and the hood hits something and wiggles a wire....weird. Maybe a bad security fuse?

it was the turbo timer, had a bad ground, every time you opened the hood, the latch cable would bumnp the ground hahhaha
