auto tranny's going???

Looking at different options...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...gory=undefined

Looked into the 5-speed conv. but not sure if it's worth the extra cost??? I'm thinking about racing the car (road course and poss. drag for fun) for performance, can't the auto shift faster than any person can if worked properly???

anyone have experience with the chevy 350 turbo trans. swap???

Kevin

the auto can't handle the power if you mod the car

there used to be a web site called www.turbostreetfighter.com, though it wouldn't come up just now. Anyway that guy has extensive info on the kind of swap you are considering. He is a forum member I think and his name is Marcus I believe. Forum name might be turbostreetfighter. I have an automatic, but had the tranny rebuilt with level 10 parts plus torque converter. So far, so good, though I can't exactly recommend level 10.
