Auto to Manual Tranny swap?

Is there an exact parts list out there? Also for someone like me with little experience is this a concievable task or is it something for the shop? What is a ballpark estimate for this swap? I know its supposedly a PITA and its just better to purchase a 5spd. However I can get a 93' with 100,000 on chassis and 40,000 on rebuilt engine/turbos for 7,000 so i think im getting a deal. Correct me if i'm wrong.\

Thanks

call rx7store.net
they quoted me 1,000 for the labor. you have to source out your own parts.
Jason also said that you dont need a wiring harness since they splice everything toghether for you.
If you want to go with a cost effwective setup for now.I would suggest a exedy clutch, resurface the flywheel, new master cylinders , recycled tranny and differential.
