Auto to manual Swap Wiring

All I have left to do on the swap is the electrical crap. I have a manual computer and a auto harness. Can all the wires that need connecting be found in the wires going to the Auto transmission under the car? What do I need to cut or connect. to get power and hook up the 1-2 switch, reverse switch, and neutral switch? Any help wound be much appreciated.

Got that already, Dont have a manual harness. using the automatic one. As far as the connections and wires it gives, those are probly located at the ecu, correct? Do i have to run them from the ecu down to the transmission? Or can i find them in the old harnesses that went to the auto tranny?
