This one is an Optima Yellow Top D35, I doubt it.

Sounds like a blockage in the intake or IC piping. Did you leave a rag in the IC piping? Trust me I have seen this in cars brought in to me for similar symptoms that you are describing.

Problem with projects that sit for 3+ months is that people stuff open holes with rags/paper towels and forget to remove them.

I had a car brought in that did not run at all, removed the UIM and found wads of paper towels in each intake runner.

Remove the IC piping from the intake elbow, drive the car, see if you can get it above 3k.

If you said it fell on it's face as soon as you went into boost, I would be looking at the secondary injectors.

+1 on the rag in the intake theory. With a serious restriction, it acts like another throttle body in that it restricts airflow. So, you open up the main throttle body but still have an upstream restriction = no air flow, which means vacuum and no RPM's.

I will try N/A and see what it will be. I could not generate any boost in neutral or load, in various throttle locations, even under WOT in gear the car would feel like im not even flooring it but barely accelerating.

You don't need the Datalogit to check the sensor values/ranges.

The exhaust/intake was not touched by you, but there is a chance that a vermin decided it was a nice place to make a nest. Anything could happen in 3 months, I'd double check just in case. It is so simple to do and you don't have any chance of damaging things like you do when you are playing with timing/electronics. I'm not saying that this is the problem, but it would be an easy check to rule it out.

Oh and Vlad, stay away from the autos. They're my game

I agree - you could have a mouse in your cat.
Mice can get in almost anywhere.
Obstructed intake also makes sense.
Both are easy to check.

Wasn't there someone on here a while back who's young son put a whole bunch of hotwheels cars in his intercooler while it was out of the car? It didnt run right or something, so he pulled the throttlebody elbow and found one jammed in the throttle plates.....

HAHA, nice...well gentlemen...Banzai takes the prize on this one! A paper towel was in fact located in the not so intact manner in the intercooler core end tank...vacuumed her out, or whatever was left, ran water from one side to the next and blew out with an air compressor...hope it did not get too much debree from the blue paper shop towell caught inside the core passages...

PS, 13B-REW motors are not slow in N/A form...just an FYI! :-P

Thanks again all, this is why I love this forum...
