Auto to 5 speed, What I do need for the swap??

Auto to 5 speed, What I do need for the swap??
I have a 93 Auto Rx7 and I aslo have a 93 5 spd Rx7 for parts.
Do I have to swap the complete harness, ecu and many more parts. Or is it just plug and play with the 5 spd Ecu? I now I'll have to swap the pedal box and clutch parts, but now sure about the rest.
Anyone done this swap? Any feed back on this would be great.
