You need an interesting combination of wobble extensions and/or a universal joint to get at the ones under the primary.
Use a very small dot of silicone or super glue to attach the gasket to the drain line so it doesn't keep falling off while you try to install it.

I use a really small zip tie in the upper most bolt hole to hold on the gasket while I start the lower bolt. When I get the lower bolt started then I cut the zip tie off and put the other bolt it.
Same goes with the turbo and DP, the studs usually come out of the turbos making it hard to hold the turbos up while trying to keep the gasket in place. A couple of zip ties in the upper bolt holes allow you to get the lower studs in.

My other favorite trick when trying to hold a bolt in a socket so you can start it into the hole is to put a little dab of grease on the bolt head. It's just enough to keep the bolt from falling out but you can easily get the socket off too.
I've become an expert lately at removing the oil feed hardline from the stock twins. You have to hold the two lower crush washers that sit on top of the turbos in place while you start the banjo bolts in. There's no room to hold them with pliers or anything else as the heat sheild is in the way and it's easy to knock them out of place while positioning the hard line. I do something similar to turbojeff's zip tie trick but I use steel safety wire. I loop the wire loosely around the crush washers and banjo fittings so the crush washers can't fall off while I place the hardline on the turbo housings. Then I insert a small screwdriver through the banjo and crush washer and into the housing, this "captures" the crush washer so it can't fall out. I then pull the safety wire out and line up all the holes before removing the screwdriver and dropping in the banjo bolt.
