Apexi RS Evo Exhaust - Picture and Feedback Request

Anyone here have one? I'm debating between the RS Evo and N1 Dual.

Thank you.

Im voting for the RS...the N1 dual is a bit loud. Plus the RS Evo is all stainless...

Really? I know I read somewhere here someone said, "the only thing loud about the N1 Dual is the way it looks"

I have the RS Evo on my Toyota and love it. Figured maybe try something different. For the price difference I could get an active silencer for each tip and probably still be under the total cost of the RS Evo.

I wish I could find an installed pic of it on the RX7 though.

Who ever said that probably has hearing problems because the n1dual is known for being loud & raspy. I actually have heard this exhaust in person as my mechanic had one on his previous fd and it wasnt quiet. But if you think about it, there is a reason why there is a silencencer for that exhaust.

Just to make it clear,

THE N1 DUAL IS THE WORST EXHAUST EVER MADE FOR THE FD.

They all need to head to the scrapper.

Sounds like crap, SUPER loud and terrible sounding, and the fit is TERRIBLE. If want your rear bumper chewed up, go ahead.

If you want that dual-can type exhaust, the St. May Shotgun is a similar style but actually sounds good and fits right.

Every other Apexi exhaust sounds and fits great. Don't know who was asleep when they made the N1.

BTW, I've personally owned about 20-30 different cat-backs and have installed and heard each.

Plus the N1 is heavy and collects rust in no time

Nice how with the weekend comes the flood of responses. Next time I'll be more patient. Ordered the N1 but guess will just put it on eBay.

I think I saw their YouTube video but that was a fairly modified car, and it was the N1 dual alone and with silencer and the PS Revo. I'd love to see and hear a stockish FD with the RS Evo.

How about the Noir? Maybe too subdued looks and sound? Definitely have a great opinion of Apexi through my other exhaust, REALLY too bad for me with the N1 Dual.

How about the Apexi Hybrid Mega Evo?

In terms of conservative to aggressive... does it go;
Noir
Hybrid Mega Evo
RS Evo
N1 / N1 Evo
GT Spec

This is my exhaust now, and would like to get something with a thin-walled tip and quieter.
