You really need to read and learn the AVC-R manual. It's a complicated boost controller and to get the most out of it you'll need to learn how to use it.

^^^Exactly what he said.....and start retuning the unit, its the only way. You changed your settings and unfortunately the avc-r cannot save tune files for future referral. I, for the past few years, have recorded all my settings (in microsoft excell) and make notes when I make changes, and I also list the results. Every setup will have its own settings to achieve the desired boot pattern/level, so someone suggesting duty settings for you may not work.
After going back to default settings, and inputting the basic settings for you vehicle as per avc-r manual, set the boost cut for your ecu to a appropiate level in case you have an overboost situation while setting your avc-r. After all of this you can set the target boost with at low dutys and begin to do pulls in 3rd. Observe the boost using the avc-r's logging function and increase the duty in small increments until the desired boost level is obtained. Once you get the boost up to the desired level and it is stable, then you can start messing with the other fancy stuff the avc-r offers.
