any suggestion where to buy apex seal, how many should i get, and if i want to rebuilt the engine... should i replace the apex seal how many?? and the 2 tranigle???

No offense, you sound like you don't know anything about rotarys. First off give us more info about your engines condition. Why do you think it needs a rebuild?

 

First of all, why don't you list whatever bad symptoms you are having?

 

i have problem with my 2nd turbo not kicking in and my 7's idle goes up and down , my car is 93 R-1 twin turbo...about 82000 miles........changed vacuume boxes, any suggestion

 

Compression test before you think about a rebuild.

If your compression numbers are low; and if you are considering rebuilding the engine yourself; I would highly recommend viewing this video first:
