Anyway to know if injectors are worn?

I have a good amount of mods now and still have't upgraded my injectors. I don't have the cash right now and my car is off the road so its no huge deal but is there anyway of telling if the injectors are getting tired? I have an autometer air'fuel gauge but have recently realized that it is worthless. It'll tell me that I am running rich at wot no matter what.
Also I've heard you need a rising rate fuel regulator if you have upgraded injectors...is this true and if so how much does one cost? Is it hard to set up? Thanks and sorry for the list of questions

RP told me that the injectors are painted black from the factory, if they are leaking at all or bad then the gas would have stripped some of the paint off.

The Power FC should tell you the cycle duty.

Thanks. I don't have the commander for the power fc. I think the avc-r lets you see the duty cycle too but unfortunately it was hooked up using engine rpms instead of injector duty. sucks for me.
I am going to upgrade the injectors in the spring no matter what so I guess what I'd really like to know is what size injectors is good for my setup and if I need that rising rate regulator.
