You do not have to drill holes, you use the prexsisting ones above the ABS.

Wrong -- You must drill 4 holes for the garfinkle brace, how hard is that with the drill guide that comes with it . using 6 mounting bolts is why some people want it. Why use only 2 little bolts when spreading the force out is better .
