It's called Purple Ice. Works well. You can get it online at www.jegs.com

It's the same as Purple Ice. Both can work with or without antifreeze:

Purple Ice:
Ideal for racing applications where glycol (antifreeze) is not used. Purple Ice will work with a antifreeze/water mixture, but the temperature reduction is not as significant as when using just water.

Redline Water Wetter:
This liquid productcan be used to provide rust and corrosion protection in plain water for racing engines, which provides much better heat transfer properties than glycol-based antifreeze. Or it can be added to new or used antifreeze to improve the heat transfer to ethylene and propylene glycol systems.
