Anyone tied Turbosmart T-REG PRO FPR?
Jegs used to carry it but I don't see it listed anymore. I know they had a recall when it first came out which made me question the product. They claim to be the most stable don't don't state which comptetitors they are comparing to. It retails for around $250USD so it's pretty darn expensive for a FPR. I've bought two small Sards allready, so actually one of these would have saved me $50. Anyhow, I don't know if their claim of the most stable FPR is valid or just a sales gimick. Has anbody dyno'd with one of these?

With as much trouble as you've been through with your car, I would go with a reliable and proven piece instead of something questionable. Since the Aero/SX stuff works great, I don't know how this other piece could be "better".

True that. Well supposedly it holds the fuel pressure more steady then any other fpr. Smoother idle and smoother wot. It can also be adjusted in 1/4psi increments but i'm not shure the purpose of that. Since i've previously bought two small Sards at $150ea, this one is actually cheaper and flows 400l/hr. Sard doesn't list it's flow rate. I bet there's people in Australia using it. I would have thought someoen tracking the car would have justified the price.
Yes, I just had my IACV go bad. I tested it at 1.5ohm and the FSM says it should be 10-12. It made a bad buzzing noise and the car wouldn't hold with any gas. Can you beleive dealer cost is over $400! Thank goodness I have my Mazdacomp mebership, finally (damn).

Hey Rob, how come you are having so much trouble with your FPR? I've seen a couple posts from you on this previously.. I'd side with these guys and recommend the Aeromotive unit, I believe you can get it with -10 or -6 inlets. I run this without any issue, there is a tiny bit of bounce in pressure on idle, whether this is due to the gauge sensor or my lack of having a pulsation damper I am not sure.. but it does not exist when driving normally. I've got it running with the fuel pump resistor in place (great for a less stinky idle) and rewired the pump to prime with key on (this is easy, all under the hood too, I can show you a schematic) while still being fused as designed. I know lots of people on here drool over the Japanese parts, and while some of them are great, sometimes its just easier to use American made stuff.. ends up being cheaper and easier to trouble shoot/maintain or even exchange if need be. Your car should be tearing it up by now with all the work and $$$ you've put into it.

Hey bro, it should be. I'm having problems with the whole car. I am just going to have to learn to fix everything myself the first time since I end up having to fix it after it goes to the shops anyhow. The FPR problems were cuase by the fuel lines being crossed. I had to solve that myself. I used two small Sards. They hold fine now but I have been interested in the T-Reg for a while. I just had a hard time justifying $300 for it. I have a small Sard working fine but just ordered the large one. I got it on sale, so hopefully selling the two small ones will equal the price. I would prefer overkill and have some peace of mind. Oh I am using stock lines with the 8mm barbs which is a choice included with the Sard. I really wanted the T-Reg Pro but without proof it's smooter then the Sard large or Aeromotive, then I can't justify the price right now.
