anyone running a short antenna?

my antenna is busted and I was thinking of replacing it with an s2000 style antenna like this.

Does anyone have on elike this on their FD? And can you post up a pic so I can get an idea of what it would look like.

ideally I want to shave everything and run an antenna on my rear window inside the car, but that's not going to happen until I get a paintjob.

I figured for now this would be a nice way to spruce up the antenna a bit.

No antenna at all on the out side ,two hidden on the inside . The hole is filled in and repainted , This was done about 8 years ago .

i think an antenna to replace the rear-window washer fluid sprayer would be cooler

I use the antenna in the rear window glass because it gave me at least as good of reception as the small antenna I tried in the rear. The stock 7 stereo uses both antennas to cancel out noise. The antenna in the rear window glass has a smaller Motorola style plug and requires an adapter. I used a Schatscrue (Walmart) universal adapter although it's not perfect but works. Both of the antenna plugs are located below the stereo on the passenger side where the carpet starts.

I run a "hidden" antenna that fits under the A-pillar. Got mine from e-bay for about 30 bucks. Very good AM and FM reception, but I found that they do require a noise filter to get the best sound, which will cost another 10-15 bucks.
