That is the same dyno used by the guys from Sport Compact Car. Also, the SE-R (SR20DE) club guys also go there on a frequent basis.

Hey Dom, how old are you. And thanks for the reply. That's cool. Yeah, I was talking to Darren yesterday and he said that they cater to all sorts of clubs. They do like all day Saturdays er something.

any shop that asks me "What is a Power FC??"....and any shop that asks me that twice from two different people sure as hell wont touch my car.

I told the second guy I had a power fc and he asked me...."what kind of engine management system do you have?" hahahah....then he asks me whats the power fc...then he said.."I aint never heard of one of them!"

jason

PS..yes..I called them

Rotary Power is God! Jeff knows the Rotary inside out...20 yrs of experience working on motors such as Adam Surwutari and Abel Ibarra. Jeff's Street Port is the best you can get.

That's good insight on R&D. I wonder why they aren't tuning such a well known management system. I mean they make 'em for hondas too, which is what they mostly deal with. Maybe they don't tune at all, and just throw peoples cars on their rollers for the sole reason of getting an HP number. Nah, they gotta tune too right?

Shaqhammer,

Nah, not yet, haven't really needed to yet. When I do need a shop though I'll check em out. Are they all business or do they also have a walk-in type sales counter?

A lot of people can tune the PFC, but it'd only be a half *** job because they dont have the Apexi software. I dont think Rotary power has a dyno. You really will have to wait for XS to settle in.

hey ek9220ps is there any chance that it's your FD parked between South Street and Hedda on Clark????, and there is also an FC at 2700 Clark Street. the Fd is gray with a downpipe and black wheels, and the FC is white. I knew about XS but not rotary power, as soon as i get my FD i'll go there, hopefully next year.

If you don't want to wait 'til XS settles in, try SP Engineering. They have a dyno.

Rotary Power doesn't tune the PFC, but Rotary Power should be the place So Cal 7's visit

sp charges like $100-150 for 3 pulls, that's without tuning.

you need the software to tune the pfc properly. You also need someone experienced on the dyno.

Domfd3s,

I don't know you, just think it's cool to know more RX7 drivers out there. I was talking with another FD owner who does runs to Topanga, so just trying to get the skinny on other RX7 people in case we get a trip together. I'm gonna check out RP in the near future. Reading your guys' mods lists makes me wanna rob a bank.
